Does having Game Pass let you play it?
The game was not included in the US catalogs we checked. You can buy it through the official Steam listing. A Steam purchase is separate from a Game Pass subscription.
PC Game Pass needs its own check. The absence of an Xbox console version alone cannot tell you whether a Windows game belongs to the PC subscription catalog.
