How to reach the site
Use the feedback button on this page. It opens the same form used on the rest of the site. The form sends your feedback type, message, optional email address, the page URL, and the page language to Formspree. Formspree stores the submission in the site inbox and sends an email from that submission.
Send a correction
If something on a page is wrong, the fastest route is the feedback form on the page itself — it sends us the page URL and language automatically, so we know exactly where to look.
To make a correction easy to act on, please include:
- The page URL (for example
/gifts.html) - What the page currently says
- What it should say, and where you saw it in game
What we can help with
- Fixing a wrong gift, price, recipe, location, or unlock condition
- A guide that is out of date after a game update
- A broken link, a missing image, or a page that will not load
- Requesting removal of content you own the rights to
- Advertising and partnership questions
What we cannot help with
We are not game support
We cannot help with purchases, refunds, game crashes, save files, or account problems. Those need the game's official support channel. We also cannot provide game files, mods, or unlock codes.
Copyright and removal requests
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, send the page URL, a description of the material, and the basis for the rights you hold. The request uses the same feedback form.
Do not send sensitive information
Please do not include passwords, payment details, or personal documents in any message. Feedback submissions are stored in our inbox and kept until we delete them; see the privacy and cookies page for details.
