Fields of Mistria Legendary Fish Guide
The four one-per-save catches, with the exact conditions that make each one appear.
Unlock them first
Reach Fishing level 30 and buy the Legendary perk for 80 Essence. On a qualifying day, the morning message says, "A legendary fish is nearby..." and shows a silhouette. Each variety can be caught once per save, so donate it before treating it as a spare.

A safer catch routine
- Read the morning message before leaving the farm.
- Go to the correct water type, not merely the correct region.
- Ignore the wrong shadow size to save time.
- After the catch, take it to the Fish Wing.
Common mistakes
- The perk is required even when season and weather match.
- Fish Bait does not replace the Legendary perk.
- The four belong to a museum set. Selling the only copy can block that set on the save.
- The full fish database covers rods, bait, traps, schools, and all ordinary fish.
